	Cederberg Private Cellar Cabernet Sauvignon 2003
	Succulent, savoury, powerful, broad-shouldered, elegant. Juicy tannins that end with a lovely dry finish.

	Kaapzicht Bin 3 2007
	Elegant spiced red berry fruits, somewhat reminiscent of Christmas fruit cake, are interlaid with nuances of oak aromatics. Softly structured palate where the fabulously full frontal fruit of spiced plums and cherries underpins a richly textured mouthful.

	Darling Cellars Terra Hutton Cabernet Sauvignon 2004
	Deep, dark colour. Aromas of blackcurrants and subtle wood on the nose, with a great concentration of fruit on the palate. A wonderfully soft and smooth finish.

	Klein Constantia Shiraz 2002
	Medium to deep intensity ruby in colour. Pronounced aromas of damsons and dark berry fruit mingle with those of spice, woodsmoke and vanilla. Ripe tannins provide structure to the earthy, blackberry flavoured palate, with balanced acidity carrying through to a firm and savoury finish.

	Du Toitskloof Merlot 2003
	Ripe mulberry, mint and stemmy flavours mingle pleasantly with light smokiness from the oak. The palate is characterised by firm, ripe tannins and there is a hint of chocolate on the aftertaste.

	Simonsig Pinotage 2002
	Deep black cherry hue. Ripe, sweet raspberry nose with layers of plummy fruit. Full bodied on the palate with delicious crushed berry fruits on the middle palate. The quality of the tannins keeps the natural sweet flavour of Pinotage beautifully balanced and leaves a gentle dry finish in the mouth making it a great food wine.
