	Paul Cluver Sauvignon Blanc 2008
	Nose of green pepper, green figs with gooseberries and granadilla. Full rich palate, packed with flavour with a mineral character at the end. Aftertaste is long and lingering.

	Kaapzicht Bin 3 2007
	Elegant spiced red berry fruits, somewhat reminiscent of Christmas fruit cake, are interlaid with nuances of oak aromatics. Softly structured palate where the fabulously full frontal fruit of spiced plums and cherries underpins a richly textured mouthful.

	Darling Cellars Terra Hutton Cabernet Sauvignon 2004
	Deep, dark colour. Aromas of blackcurrants and subtle wood on the nose, with a great concentration of fruit on the palate. A wonderfully soft and smooth finish.

	Klein Constantia Shiraz 2002
	Medium to deep intensity ruby in colour. Pronounced aromas of damsons and dark berry fruit mingle with those of spice, woodsmoke and vanilla. Ripe tannins provide structure to the earthy, blackberry flavoured palate, with balanced acidity carrying through to a firm and savoury finish.
