Flagship of Bouchard Finlayson, first made in 1995. Named after ‘Galpin Peak’, the highest point of a ridge on the property. Regarded as the hallmark of South African Pinot Noir.
Profound, rich and multi dimensional. Fruity cassis nose, great colour, good grip with a full-ish body and good tannins leading to an elegant but longish finish.
