CABERNET SAUVIGNON 2004

Named after the deep Terra Hutton soils on which these Cabernet Sauvignon vines are grown, this deep, dark coloured wine has aromas of blackcurrants with mint and fennel. Great concentration of berry fruit on the palate and a wonderfully soft and smooth finish.
A year in second fill french oak barrels gives subtle wood on the nose. This wine is vinified for approachability with a few years in reserve.
