Grown on a bed-rock of granite, the roots of these Shiraz vines sometimes penetrate as far down as 10 metres below the soils's surface. Starved of water and highly vigorous as a result, this Shiraz, aged in French oak barrels, has gained extra complexity adding to its spicy appeal.
A medium bodied wine, buish-black with shadings of purple, displaying wild berries, spice and cloves on the nose. A smooth and velvety palate with flavours of raspberry, supported by a soft tannin structure. Real Value.....
