Fermentation in dry open steel tanks for 7 days. After pressing, the wine was settled and underwent maloactic fermentation in the tanks. It was then matured in Nevers oak casks for 18 months and for 2 years in the bottle before release.
This noble varietal is blended with 10% Cabernet Sauvignon displaying a classic cassis flavor with silky, savory tannins. Soft and spicy at an earlier age, with rounded berry flavors, this is a deep garnet-colored wine. It will develop further in the bottle for 5 - 10 years.
